Add Phone Outcomes

Say if you are looking at the Dashboard/Phone Dashboard and wanted to see what the results from the calls are instead of just the Calls in general. If I wanted to sort it out by 'Appointment Was Set' or 'Did Not Leave Voicemail' to see how many calls were legit or faked to complete workplan, or to see how they handle phone engagement when they get it.

- All the selectable outcomes when you log a call.
- Being able to ascertain if it is true follow up, how they are gaining engagement, and if they are faking phone calls.
