As a User, I'd like to receive a Notification when I receive an email/text that goes to Untracked Emails/Texts. I'd like a Notification to my sidebar.

We’re excited to introduce the additions of Notifications for Untracked Texts and Untracked Emails! The recipient user will now see a notification in their Notification Feed on the Sidebar when an Untracked Message is received.

For referrals. If you do a great job utilizing drive, sell and vehicle and create a good customer experience. That customer gives your texting number to a referral to buy a car. That text basically goes nowhere. Goes into untraced text or email. No notification or anything goes out to managers, sales people etc. 
There needs to be a notification & a new lead created for the sales person that it texted. Make the Name of the customer First Name - Untracked Last Name Text Or Email. 
It will be on the salesperson OR manager to call the customer to get the rest of the info and put that in.

This would be very helpful for sales people who are busy and need that extra notification.

This would be extremely helpful so that sales could put agent lines on their business cards versus utilizing a mobile number to promote further usage of the CRM versus cell phone follow up.

Having the untracked texts available is a great new feature. Having them available on a per user basis would be even better. Having them on a per user basis with smartphone alerts would be the best!

Hey Steve Lavigne - each user has access to only their Unread Texts, versus a user with Store Data Access, who has access to all Untracked Texts. If you are seeing that is not the case please let us know here! For the time being, I am going to merge this request in with a notification to a user when they received an Untracked Text or Email.
