Would be so much easier if we can add the license picture in the system for both the deal and demo's so it shows up when we print a deal or permit.. This could be a key feature in saving time and utilizing a one stop shop. We would be able to print everything up one time without going to the printer many times and wasting paper & the customer's time.

Yes, we all need to have a way to upload a driver's license at the least into the portal area where it would only be held for the 30 days anyway. If a license could be uploaded and the birth date, license number, expiration date and address were captured, that would be helpful as well vs. going to outside resources to accomplish the same thing.

DANIEL VALDES I discovered that you can scan a license and it will capture and populate all the info...just cannot scan a picture of it into the system

Laura Bohn Yeah sometimes the info may be incorrect which we can manually fix so that is fine but we still need to bring a copy of the license picture to the management or reprint it for them a couple times for various reasons also we need to print it up with a copy of the demo permit to test drive. If its in the system all together then it should be able to print up the first time around for the deal and the demo.

- The address and full name and birthdate should be included.
- I anticipate needing to do it every time i have a customer.
