We use the notes area often to request that certain team members do follow up or try certain responses and to communicate ideas on doing a better job with the prospect. It would be nice to be able to use a little humor here the way we do in chat, etc. and add GIFs to those notes. I think it would affect the communication in the store in a more positive manner, keep things light-hearted and keep the team more upbeat and engaged which would only help generate more sales.

You know what would be AMAZING: If we could tag each other encouraging good job gifs via note! I just sent some good job tags to my team and a funny gif with my message to show we're here to have fun with each other and not just work would fit so well. Just a thought:) No worries if not.

Thank you for posting, Jerel Ely! I have a few more questions for you:
- How frequently do you envision using GIFs in notes for team communication?
- Are there specific types of GIFs or themes that would be most beneficial for your team?
- Would you like the ability to upload custom GIFs or should the feature be limited to a pre-selected library?

Shelby Parker Thanks for getting back with me! I would use it frequently almost every other day for engaging my team while working customers, finalizing customers sales. Maybe other users would less frequently use them but I see value in it;) Any positive gifs already in the queue should be enough. I wouldn't utilize uploading any gifs outside of Drivecentric, but again maybe other users would.

YES we are trying to get Sales Advisors in the habit of using Gifts. Would be nice to send one to them in a note

I think that if it were possible you could try to limit them even just to "Way to go", "You rock", that sort of thing. PG rated of course and I don't see an issue as the notes area (for us at least) is used by variable operations and is not customer facing. I would not allow people to import images or GIFs but it seems like the ones in the texting area that we actually send customers never even seem to cause any issue. I can only speak for our store, but I think it would be used often. I think the biggest use would be an "atta boy" from the sales managers to the salespeople or BDC teams.

Great to hear your perspective, Andy Carr! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide examples of the types of GIFs you would like to use in the notes area?
- How often do you anticipate using GIFs in the notes area?
- Do you see any potential issues with using GIFs in a professional setting?
