We currently do not have the ability to customize the price change emails to include those in the proposal stage. if this is something you are wanting to see you could make a feature request using the megaphone icon in the bottom left corner of your pipeline screen!

It would be beneficial to excluse certain lead sources (subprime) and lead stages that are not condusive to the price change emails. It would help keep certain deals in place and stop interferance on potential deals.

1 - Anything with Credit or finance in the lead source and the pipeline stage of Proposal
2 - It's hard to tell, but I was provided with two examples from one of our store this week.
3 - Nothing besides the source and stage in my opinion.

Please don't send customer price change emails when the price increases...that is not a helpful function. Price decreases great...increases no need to inform them.

Agreed. If a deal is in progress you may not want alert emails to send. That’s why we have notifications only at this time. I’d exclude sold/ordered/snoozed/proposals

Shelby Parker Automated emails for price adjustments only sends to leads and engaged. It would be nice to have them go out to proposals as well. Very transparent.
