Add Disclosure to 4 square option and some other items

On the 4 square that was pulled in for us. There needs to be a place for disclosure on the bottom. Cannot have any Quote that has no disclosure. Also please add in any custom Discount line as well. Right now only shows primary discount and not anything in a custom line and the math does not follow.

This is for customer facing quotes. This is the 4 square that was pulled in. the disclosure should read "
Selling price is plus tax, tag, title, registration, any dealer-installed accessories, private tag agency service fee of $349.00 and dealer document handling service fee(Document Fee) of $1,199.00 which represents profit and cost to the dealer for items such as inspecting, cleaning and adjusting vehicles, and preparing documents for the sale, Preferred Package w/ Dimmitt Auto Shield for $2,999.00, optional ceramic tint with door cup guards for $799, and optional Certification of eligible pre-owned units at $749.00. These items must be paid for by the purchaser (excluding any optional items.
*All payments are with approved credit."The discount math should be MSRP/Retail minus discount line and custom discount line. The math is correct but not disclosing the second custom discount line label and amount to help customers understand the math. then below the price after discount should read "plus tax, tag, title, fees and packages."

Thanks for flagging this, Todd Coover — totally hear you, especially if quotes can’t go out without the required disclosure. To make sure we’re looking at the right “4 square” and can reproduce the discount math issue: which 4 square are you referring to (specific quote/worksheet view, printout, or customer-facing page) and where does it show up in your workflow? For the disclosure, what exact text needs to appear at the bottom, and is it a standard/default disclosure for every quote or does it vary by store/state/deal? And on discounts, should the 4 square totals include all discount lines (including custom discount lines) or only certain types — and can you share a quick example of what you’re seeing today vs. what the totals should be?
