Add Desking price fields to Email templates.

Currently, we can only pull in the #DV_VehiclePrice# field into our email templates. We should be able to pull in all pricing data that we are supplying DC via our inventory feed. 
We cannot even pull in MSRP to show a discount. 
All mapped price fields should be available.

Totally hear you on needing more than just #DV_VehiclePrice# (especially MSRP so you can show discounts) and having all mapped desking/inventory-feed price fields available in email templates.
