We have leads come in through CallRevu - Autotrader and various sources, what we're trying to do is give the sales guys the ability to add their lead in before the original source hits driveccentric. The reason why we need the slider to be defaulted to "off" is because we'd rather have them skip being able to add their own lead unless necessary.
