Add Connections / Tags from Mobile

It would be beyond awesome to be able to add Connections or tags from the mobile app.

Really appreciate you sharing this, Sean McConkey — totally agree it’d be a big win to manage Connections/tags on mobile. To make sure we design it in the most useful way, could you share a bit more context: where in the mobile app are you usually when you realize you need to add a Connection or tag (e.g., on a specific customer/lead, right after a call/text, during a visit)? Also, is the key need creating brand-new Connections/tags on the fly, or applying existing ones to a person/deal? And what’s the main outcome you’re aiming for by doing this on mobile (faster follow-up, segmentation, relationship tracking, etc.), and what friction does the current mobile flow create for you?

Yeah, I think “on the fly” would probably be the most common use case. Whether I’ve just gotten off the phone with a customer, I’m running into them on the lot, or I’m at an event and having a conversation with someone.
For me, adding a Connection would be the more important part. Being able to quickly add that relationship while it’s fresh would be really useful, without having to wait until I’m back at my computer. Being able to add/apply a tag from mobile would definitely be a plus as well, especially for keeping things organized and segmented.
The main goal is really just making sure those relationship details don’t get lost because I’m away from my desk.
