With our current phone integration, we would like the call transcript sent by the call provider to come over with the recording. Currently, the call provider sends an alert email and the transcript to management via email and we would like it to show in the CRM.

We just moved to Car Wars but both InteractiveTel and Car Wars said their integration would feed call summaries into the customer record. For some reason we can see the call summary in the call log (phone icon on the top bar) but it does NOT appear those call summaries are getting fed in as a note behind the recording itself. Curious if the commitments Car Wars and InteractiveTel have made are inaccurate on this topic but it's pretty worthless to have the call summary in the Call Log only (no one has the time to monitor that or go there plus the customer record doesn't point to it with the recording anyway). P.S. Having the call summaries in the call records would be a massive win for us as it would completely streamline the process for all of our employees to understand what happens in the calls. No one has the time to listen to a bunch of 3-10 minute long calls!! This would be a game changer for us.

Hey Dustin Herbert - who are you currently using for you Phone Provider? This is something we are exploring with the providers we are currently integrated with!
