Add Call Duration while completing a Call using Click to Call

It would be nice if there was a feature that showed the call time/duration while the phone was ringing and while you were on the phone with a customer.

- Would you like the call time/duration to be visible only during the call or would you also like to have access to this information after the call has ended?
- Are there any specific actions you would like to perform based on the call time/duration information?
- Would you find it useful if the system automatically logged the call time/duration for each customer interaction in their profile?

Shelby Parker As far as I'm aware, you can see the call time once the call has ended. I just think it would be nice to see it during the call, or especially while it is ringing if it won't go to voicemail.
