In AIM Campaigns: Add the ability to apply the full set of customer filters—similar to what’s available in the Mining tool—when building AIM campaigns. The goal is to improve how campaigns are built by making targeting more precise and aligned with dealership goals.
In Mining: Add the ability to launch an AIM campaign directly from the Mining tool. Similar to how Email Blasts can be initiated from a mined list, this enhancement would allow users to quickly act on mined segments and kick off targeted AIM campaigns without needing to rebuild the audience in a separate workflow.

Shelby Parker Hi Shelby! I would see myself using this weekly. As i go through the month having the ability to organize campaigns in this way I could use highly targeted offers to multiple segments i.e. service customer last week, all customer who leased a car between x date and y time etc. There really is no limit to what it could be used for. I could target sold customer who did not buy a warranty with a special warranty offer, the list goes on.
