Add an option for an attempted appointment confirmation.

Currently, the appointment confirmation statuses only include “Confirmed” and “Pending.” The “Pending” status does not accurately reflect real activity, as it can represent both appointments with no outreach and appointments where multiple contact attempts were made but the customer did not respond.
We are requesting an additional status, such as “Attempted” or “Unable to Reach” to better track confirmation efforts.
This would improve reporting accuracy, allow for better accountability among sales staff, and help management differentiate between lack of effort and lack of customer response.
