Be great to have that manager position next to the sales 1 , sales 2 and BDC, Lots feed back from staff as going to all different managers than the one that knows the file and numbers presented

What specific information about the desk manager should be included on the customer contact page?
How should the desk manager option be displayed in relation to the existing roles like Sales 1 and Sales 2?
Is there any specific functionality or interaction expected with the desk manager option?

Shelby Parker, I would like to add Sales Manager or Desk Manager under Sales 2. We have to look through activities to see if a manager is working it. Also it would be great if it per-loaded the manager that opened the lead. But for now in a store with multiple sales manager it would be nice to know who is working on the deal.

As a finance manager we would like to assign tasks on the deal to other finance managers
As a finance manager I would want to be able to access all deals/clients that have myself attached to them.
