Add Additional Appointment Types (Remote, Virtual)

Add the following Appointment Types:
- Remote Test Drive
- Remote Delivery
- Virtual
- Post Delivery

It would be really helpful to be able to schedule a virtual appointment since we are starting to get more request for video appointments. This would assist in out of state deals and starting the process when customers are busy and can't come in right away. Right now, we just schedule these are regular appointments and put it in the notes but they are technically not here to "check" them in. So the appointment is a no show.

Add Remote or Offsite to the first drop down option when setting appointments. This would be the dropdown where it says Sales/Service/General

So just for some insight our brand has a unique program called The Love Encore Delivery. It is a second delivery after purchase with an in-depth overview of the vehicles technology and capabilities. It is a key metric for the brand and the customers love it.
Being able to create an appointment for this meeting with the ability to check in customers and track no shows is a must.
The General appointment option is pretty much useless for this since you can't check in a customer without an open deal.

The current options for appointment types are Sales, Service, Delivery, and General. As the first 3 are specific and often used, the third is rather, well, general and I assume seldom used. How about we allow the dealership to either add custom options that would clearly identify the reason for appointment(such as Appraisal) or at least offer more options to choose from. This would help managers distinguish between appointments and make sure each type is properly prepped and handled.

Shelby Parker: We have been buying a lot of street purchases, so having "Appraisal" would notify the Used Car managers of a potential purchase coming in. This has become common at many dealerships over the last couple of years. Another option that would be handy would be "Customer Service" for any times we might have customer service issues so that our customer service rep can be prepped and ready to help. We have our managers calling to confirm appointments daily and they are not perfect so some times they dive into the next customer without properly researching the intent of the appointment. If it were properly labeled and not just listed as "General" it would help us be more efficient in our preparation.

Shelby Parker: Clearly distinguishing the different appointment types in specific buckets can also helping with reporting. If we want to research our success rate on acquisitions, we can isolate the Appraisal appointments and measure our success. This is another important aspect of dealership strategy in this new normal.

My manager and I were talking about how virtual the sales process has become especially with out-of-state customers. We were hoping we could add a appt type " Virtual Appointment" to the drop down to ensure that we can keep the team more organized.
