Raven Pagiatakis Thank you for the feature request! Can you confirm if you have a Date Filter on the Leads stage of the Pipeline? If you do, it will show all leads that came through that stage during that particular date. You can find this information in Mining! It's the magnifying glass with the + in the middle at the top leftish side of the screen. Thank you!

Hello Raven Pagiatakis! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you clarify what you mean by 'active' tag? What criteria would make a lead 'active'?
- How would you like the system to identify and mark 'dead' leads?
- Would you prefer this feature to be automated or manually controlled?

Shelby Parker By active I simply mean "Not dead". So In the lead screen I'd like to be able to weed out leads that are "Dead" so I can work more efficiently. The system only identifies them as dead if I mark them dead aka "kill the deal". And no, I don't think this needs to be automated, it should be manually controlled. I hope that helps!

Raven Pagiatakis: Thank you for the feature request! Are you adding a Date filer on the Pipeline? If you don't have a Date filter added to the Pipeline, you will only see Open Deals for Customers based on whatever stage they are currently in. If you click into Leads, you'll see Leads that are still Open Deals and haven't engaged the store yet? Is that what you're looking for on this? Thank you!
