Please add "Hola, por favor responde con OK o NO" as an accepted response
At this time, "Hola, por favor responde con un SI o NO" is an accepted response, but on the Spanish keyboard, Ok is easier to type and never has the ' symbol, so may be easier for customers to opt in

Can we accept a Yes with a double ii? That's a YES! In Spanish, it's Sii.

Hello Kris! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more context on how often customers use the 'OK' response compared to 'SI'?
- Are there any other common responses in Spanish that we should consider adding?
- Do you foresee any potential issues or confusion arising from accepting both 'SI' and 'OK' as positive responses?

Shelby Parker: ok is one of the few words most Spanish speaker understand as yes that doesn’t have a accent mark over the vowel.
For many of our Spanish customer when they opt in the word sí comes in as SM. From my understanding this might be an issue with the carrier or maybe the keyword of some cell phone manufacturers.
