Add ability to allow team members to not Ignore messages

With responses being so important, can we have a toggle option to allow or not allow our team members to ignore messages?

Hi Shelby! Thank you for the response! For message types i would say SMS/email/Chat would be the most important. Right now on the left hand side column if they have a notification they can "ignore" the message. I would prefer to have it be a toggle on each persons profile allowing them to ignore messages or not. I wouldn't add another step i would just block them from being able to! Thank you!

To make sure we’re scoping the right solution, could you clarify a couple things: which message types are you talking about (SMS/email/chat/social), and where in DriveCentric you’re seeing the “Ignore” option today? Also, for the toggle, are you hoping to block certain users from ignoring messages altogether, or add an extra confirmation/approval step before they can? And should that control be global for everyone, tied to specific roles/teams, or configurable per individual user?
