Can you please clarify what you mean by 'unwind'? Are you referring to a specific feature or process within our CRM?
Could you provide more details on the type of notifications you would like to receive? For example, would you prefer email alerts, in-app notifications, or something else?
Could you elaborate on the 'same vehicle' aspect? Are you suggesting that the notification should be triggered when a previous client shows interest in a vehicle they've previously inquired about?

Shelby Parker An "unwind" is a sold vehicle that is delivered and then returned to dealership bc the deal did not fund with a lender. There are often mulltiple clients interested in the same vehicle. Sometimes when a vehicle is sold to one client, we lose the second/third client who does not want to switch to a different vehicle. If that sold unit returns to inventory bc of an unwind, a message to the salesperson and to the client could help sell that vehicle quicker. An email alert mirrored with an in app notification would work. The alert would be triggered when a vehicle previously marked delivered is now available in inventory

Could you clarify who should receive these 'Sold' notifications - is it specific roles or all users?
What specific information would you like included in the 'Sold' alert?
Would you like these 'Sold' alerts to be real-time or should they be included in a daily/weekly summary?

Also, the system should be able to match a vin for inbound sold units that don't have stock numbers yet, so the car isn't sold twice.

when vehicle SOLD, and other customers are interested in that same stock# we should have a indicator on that stock# indicating it has been sold so we can suggest another vehicle to them
