Quick clarifiers so we can make sure we’re building it in the right spot: when you say “mining deals,” which page/list or report are you using where you’d want this filter to live? And are you looking for a toggle that lets you view only leases vs only non-leases (or both as selectable options)? Lastly, in your workflow, what should count as a “lease” — the deal type on the record, the contract/finance type, or something else?
