Add a Filter to exclude Open Deal from Service Automated Follow Up

We have automated emails from our Service Manager going out after an RO is closed. It would be helpful to leave out open deals from this follow up but it is not currently a filter option.

Adding a filter like Cari Jess Bradley recommended in the Business Rule filters for Closed ROs would be helpful so that you are not sending followup emails on internal tickets like "Clean for delivery". It would also be helpful to be able to filter by Customer Pay/Warranty/Internal and/or also by mileage on the vehicle.
