Add a condition to Tasks to ignore if the Customer No Longer Owns the Vehicle

Quite often I am getting unnecessary tasks such as anniversary and lease end tasks for customers who have already traded in their car, bought it out, totaled it, etc. It would be nice if for example my customer comes in and buys out their lease that I can move that deal into a category where it doesn't generate new 1 month 6 month 1 year tasks... the same goes for any customer that no longer owns their vehicle for one reason or another. It can be quite tedious having to review every customer's past deals before completing anniversary tasks. This will also help bring down the amount of unnecessary tasks in the workplan.

Your management team should have access to remove the sold/no longer owned vehicle at the very least.

Thank you for posting, AJ Alshati! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more details on how you currently manage customers who no longer own their vehicles?
- What specific tasks do you find unnecessary and would like to be removed or modified for customers who no longer own their vehicles?
- How would you like the system to identify and categorize customers who no longer own their vehicles?
