Add a column for the sales persons name in desking

There should be a column for the sales persons name maybe next to the date or next to the customers name so that the desking manage can see what sales person is working with this customer to enable them to start preparing for the deal prior to the sales person coming to the desk...keeping in mind that the desk manager does not know the customers name as of yet...this would help in preparing the desking prior to the sale person reaching out to the desk...
