Adjust the task view to show a calendar view to click on that day to view the tasks due for that day. This would help see past due tasks, current tasks, and what future tasks look like. It would just overall be better organized from a calendar view than just a long drawn out list of tasks to be done.

A monthly calendar to look that day, that week that month. The ability to look ahead at sched task for any month would help in sched personal follow up task.

Monthly Calendar for Leads

Can you create a monthly calendar with all of our task so we can plan then out for each week and see appointments for each day of the month?
Shelby Parker
Thank you for posting, Christian Berger! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific tasks would you like to see on the calendar?
- Would you like the ability to customize what information is displayed on the calendar?
- Do you want to have any specific features for the appointments, like reminders or notifications?

Shelby Parker It would just display a link like "20 Phone calls" "12 Emails" that are scheduled for that day you click that and it shows you the 20 customers you have phone calls scheduled for that day.

It would be incredibly helpful to see how many tasks we have the next day. Even if it was just a counter and the amount of each task. I use reminders a lot. When we get busy, I don't know if I should try and rush to complete everything or if I will have more available time the following day. Maybe a calendar view?

"I want a daily task calendar so I can (with one click) go to a future date to access my tasks. It shouldn't be that difficult to do. All other CRM's have it. If I go on vacation next week I should be able to access my future tasks with one click to complete or re-assign without having to navigate through my engaged list. You have it for appointments! Why not tasks?"
