Color code each Activies - i.e. Notes, Calls, Email, Text, Video. Task, Appts. To help differentiate between activies. Accidentally sent a text and should have been a task note

Color-coding Notes/Calls/Email/Text/Video/Tasks/Appointments would definitely help differentiate at a glance.
