To make sure we’re thinking about this the right way: where in DriveCentric would you want to mark this (on the lead record, as part of a workflow step, or tied to a specific vehicle record)? And once it’s marked, what should that do for you—just show as a status for reporting, or should it also stop follow-ups/marketing or trigger a different process? Lastly, is this specifically for when your dealership acquires/buys the customer’s vehicle (trade-in/buyback), or also when the customer purchases a vehicle from you (or both)?
