Able to reassign open deals only

When we have an employee on medical / maternity / paternity leave who will likely be returning, it would be great to have a way to reassign their open deals only and leave their closed client base still attached to them.

Choose which leads to reassign

It would be great to be able to pick and choose which leads we reassign to different product advisors. I don't always want to reassign all of the leads from one product advisor to another.

Great to hear your perspective, Nikki Stadnyk! I have a few more questions for you:
- What criteria or attributes would you like to use to select which leads to reassign?
- How frequently do you anticipate needing to reassign leads individually?
- Are there specific scenarios or examples where selective lead reassignment would be particularly beneficial?

Thank you for posting, Tina Norton! I have a few more questions for you:
- What criteria should be used to identify 'open deals' for reassignment?
- Should the reassignment be temporary or permanent, and how should it be managed when the employee returns?
- Are there any specific roles or permissions required for the person reassigning the deals?

Shelby Parker- when we go to round robin now, it shows customers and open deals. I want to be able to round robin the open deals as those are clients that are still in play currently. As this is for medical leave and not just a day off, I am okay with it being a permanent reassignment. When the employee returns, they will still have their customer base and can jump in taking new leads. As to the person reassigning, the same people that can do it now should have the access.
