Ability to use email templates when desking.

We email a lot of desking sheets and would like the ability to send a quick template or a standardized message instead of having to manually type something. It gets a little repetitive writing the same thing every day.

Thank you for posting, Caitlyn Wetherald! I have a few more questions for you:
- Could you provide examples of the common phrases or information you often include in these emails?
- Are there specific elements or fields from the desking sheets that you would like to be automatically included in these templates?
- Would you like the ability to customize these templates or should they be standardized across all users?

Shelby Parker: 1 ) Our sales managers typically say something along the lines of "Good afternoon, Please see the attached purchase order with an estimate of out the door figures. Please give me a call at your earliest convenience to go over the numbers and the next steps." then include their name and direct phone number."
2) Not necessarily, unless you mean info that would pull from the customer card the way email templates do. ex: Customer name, Desired vehicle, Manager/closer that's sending the desk sheet, etc..
3) A custom message should still be an option. We still need to write specific details in these messages on occasion.
