Ability to Uncancel an Appointment

The ability to cancel appointments has been a great addition, especially for improving appointment tracking and reporting. However, we have run into situations where a customer initially cancels their appointment but later changes their mind and decides to come in after all.
Currently, once an appointment is marked as cancelled, there is no way to “uncancel” or reactivate it. This creates a few issues. The sales team and managers no longer see that customer as an upcoming appointment, and if the customer does come in, the system does not properly mark the original appointment as shown because it was previously cancelled. This ultimately impacts appointment reporting and can negatively affect show percentages.
It would be extremely helpful to have the ability to reactivate or “uncancel” an appointment when a customer changes their mind, allowing the appointment to return to an active status and be tracked normally as a show if they arrive.

Thanks for sharing this, Sara Pacheco — totally hear you on how not being able to “uncancel” an appointment can throw off visibility for the team and skew show-rate reporting. This is really helpful context, and I’m looping it into our review so the team can dig into the best way to support reactivating a cancelled appointment. If we need any additional details from your workflow to validate the approach, I’ll follow up.
