Ability to Track User Performance and Activities in the Custom Reporting

Being able to Track user performance in custom reporting is needed so we can customize the report for each role and hold them accountable to what we expect from them. This is just like the User Daily Activity report but it is unable to be edited to see the most important information that we want to see. Please have this as an ability in custom reporting so we can actually pull the data we want to see and not a mosh pit of all data for these that may not be what we look to use. This would also stop us from having to BUILD EXTERNAL EXCEL REPORTS AND ADD IN A BUNCH OF EXTRA STEPS! Thank you so much!

- Can you provide examples of the most important information you want to see in the User Daily Activity report?
- What specific user performance metrics are you interested in tracking?
- Can you elaborate on how you would like to customize the report for each role?

- The main thing that i think were missing the ability to do is filter data like calls and emails and other items by the user who completed them in custom reporting, such as if i make a report for internet leads and wanted to know how many calls my sales team made on those leads compared to the number of calls made by my managers or BDC teams on that lead, I cant create seprate lines especially if im trying to track that across an auto group. Even when broken down across users ect its still not accurate from what i can see. This also incudes appts set shown and sold by lead based on who set what.
This is a harder item to explain but basic idea of my reporting would be
Deals Recieved - X
Appts Set by Sales - X
Appts Shown from those set above (sALES) - X
Appts Sold from those above shown (Sales) - X
Appts Set By BDC -X
Appts shown( from only the above BDC SETS) -X
Appts Sold (From the above BDC Shown) -x
Calls made by whole team

this saying i may have had 10 leads and of those 10 leads i had sales call them 12 times, bdc call them 9 times and management call them 3 times as an example.
- I would like to be able to have this on a report that i could send out to all gm's that they wouldn't have to adjust. I have an auto group report that tries to track and compare side by side store data to ensure the stores know how they are comparing to their sister stores. If I can add these things by filtering through it then it would save the need for multiple reports needing to be sent out to gather all this data.
