Ability to track mentions for follow up

Can we have a way to track the customer cards we have mentioned an associate in? This would allow us to follow up to ensure the ask has been completed.

Shelby Parker I would use this feature daily to track associate activity to see if they have completed the task they were given. Information that would be helpful is associate name, date, notes from mentions. similar to the genius summary. No specific scenarios just able to see by associate the mentions they have had and if the tasks were completed. thank you.
