We appreciate AIM’s automated follow-up capabilities, but we’d like more control when it comes to birthday and vehicle anniversary messages. Specifically, we request the ability to toggle ON/OFF the automatic sending of these messages.

Some of our team members prefer to send personalized messages manually, but currently, AIM either beats them to it or duplicates the effort shortly after, leading to guests receiving two messages. A simple toggle would eliminate that overlap and give us the flexibility to manage guest communication more intentionally.
