Ability to tag customer from different stores independently from which store you are logged in.

Currently to add a "tags" you have to change the store in our profie to match customer's store. It would be much easier the tags' options being attached to the store on profile and not the one user is logged in. It would save us the trouble of havingto change stores every time you are logged in a different store from the customer.
