Ability to STOP Ainsley sending Emails for price change.

In the middle of a deal, a customer received a price-drop alert, even though the customer had already agreed to purchase at the original price. The price didn't change in PBS, nor on the Website.

Sorry you ran into that, Julieta Fuentes-Aceytuno — I can see how a price-drop alert mid-deal would create a really awkward moment, especially if nothing actually changed on PBS or the website. To make sure we’re solving the right thing, can I clarify a few details: in which cases should Ainsley stop sending these emails (e.g., once a specific customer/vehicle is in-progress, or globally for all deals)? What in your workflow should count as “deal in the middle”/customer agreed (a specific status, milestone, or step we can key off of)? And if a price-drop would normally trigger during that window, are you expecting no email at all, or a different kind of notification/message instead?
