Are you able to extend the video length on videos created/be able to send multiple ones either stitched together or in separate video links? Only having 2 minutes to feature a vehicle is next to impossible to do.

Please look into extending the length of the videos. we like to be able to send detailed walkaround
videos and 2 min is no where near long enough to do this.

This feedback keeps coming up but as you can see in the past threads it seems Drive doesn't want to move forward with it, which seems very silly.
The other issues our salespeople are finding an issue with is the character limit on the videos we send. We would like to send walkaround videos with links like carfax, window sticker etc. As well as including payments in the content email. With the character limit and time limit we may have to send 3 emails to get enough info to the customer which is not streamlined for the customer experience.

Looks like I am not the only person having this issue, why not implement an unlimited amount of length that way we are able to edit and stitch the video, we are sales people who need the ability to engage with a customer become personable include prudent information. This includes introduction roughly 30 seconds walk around roughly 4 minutes, interior details, given explanation of things could take longer, and an outro that includes personable information. I indicate different videos made because one the ability to do different takes and being able to stitch videos together allow for transition outside to inside rather than having to continuously shoot a video where you could be interrupted or mess up. We as sales people need this to be changed in order to successful.

Longer video period....2 mins is not enough; 3 mins (or even 2:30) would be better.

PLEASE, Allow longer videos. 2 minutes is nowhere near enough time to do an in-depth walkaround for a customer. Especially if it is a pre-owned vehicle, whenever doing a pre-owned walkaround I like to really take my time scanning the exterior and interior to confirm the condition
5 Minute would be ideal, an unlimited video would be best.

Great to hear your perspective, John Abrenica! I have a few more questions for you:
- What is the ideal video length that you would find most useful for your vehicle features?
- Would you prefer to have the videos stitched together into one continuous video, or would you prefer separate video links for each part?
- Can you provide more details on the type of content you wish to include in these videos that cannot be covered within the current 2-minute limit?

Ideal length is minimum 5 minutes for a video (and having the option to go longer if need be). It is crucial to be able to do a proper introduction (face to the name) and have ample amount of time to cover the vehicle in detail.
This is even more important if it is a used vehicle and/or client is from out of town. A longer video capacity would allow us to capture the vehicle in great depth and detail to give a client non-rushed video, capturing all angles to confirm condition and features. This will add to the comfort level a client has purchasing a used vehicle from out of town.
Having the ability to create longer videos will also help save sales people a ton of time. I find that I am wasting more time trying to get a bunch of information into a 2 minute video and having to re-record many times and rushing through information to make sure it all fits within the time frame.
This is not good for anyone, as clients end up with a ton of information thrown at them without the time to properly point of benefit of features listed and sales people spend lots of extra time per video (even though it is a shorter time frame).
We all agree that just spewing out features does not build value, instead being able to have the time to point of specific features and their benefits, matching them up to the customers hot buttons will build value and help convert leads into sales.
