Ability to Send an Email to Multiple Customer Email Addresses

We need to have the ability to choose more than one email from the customer info in one email without having to cc them. Sometimes, customers and buyers need to be on the email, and I'm forced to cc them. It's not efficient.

DC currently has a fatal flaw where it is impossible to have an email chain with multiple email addresses.
for example, emailing with both a husband and wife - and one of them CC's in their spouse. This does not come through to DriveCentric. Or, a customer including their insurance agent, assistant, etc on an email. This is deleted/falls off of the DC communication thread.
We are finding this to be very difficult to navigate and there is no provided workaround from drivecentric.
Extremely frustrating.
