Ability to respond to email responses from an email blast

When we send out an email blast and a customer responds there is no option to respond, you have to create a whole new email thread to continue communicating. Can we make it where we can respond on blasts?

I send out email blasts multiple times a week, and the volume of responses varies depending on the customer.
The primary challenge we face is that customers expect to maintain a single conversation thread. Currently, creating new threads to respond can be confusing, and messages occasionally get sent to the wrong place. We want to ensure the conversation flow remains seamless for the customer.
Regarding specific functionalities, we would like the ability to reply directly to a customer's response within the same thread. Ideally, it should function just like a personal email, where hitting reply keeps all communications in one continuous thread rather than generating multiple separate emails.
