Just to make sure we’re scoping this the right way: are you looking to hide the Service icon for everyone at the dealership, or only for specific roles/users? And is the main driver here reducing clutter/confusion, preventing accidental clicks, or something else? Lastly, should this be limited to removing it from the left sidebar, or do you want Service fully unavailable elsewhere in the product too?
