Quick couple of clarifiers so we can scope this the right way: are you hoping to hide the Service icon for everyone at the dealership, or only for specific roles/users? Is the main driver that Service isn’t part of your workflow at all, or that it’s leading to confusion/misclicks? And should it be hidden only from the main sidebar navigation, or removed anywhere the Service entry point shows up in the product?
