Thanks for raising this, Trina Gaylord — totally get wanting to keep the sidebar focused if Service isn’t something you’re using. A couple quick questions so we can make sure we’re solving the right thing: are you looking to hide the Service icon for everyone at the dealership, or only specific roles/users? What’s the main driver for removing it (less clutter/confusion, avoiding accidental clicks, etc.)? And should this apply just to the sidebar navigation, or do you want Service to be unavailable elsewhere in the product too?
