Quick follow-ups so we can make sure we’re solving the right problem: are you looking to hide the Service icon for everyone at the dealership, or only for specific roles/users who don’t use Service? What’s the main driver for removing it (reducing sidebar clutter/confusion, avoiding misclicks, etc.)? And if it’s hidden, do you still need access to any Service-related functionality elsewhere, or are you not using Service at all?
