Thanks for flagging this, Trina Gaylord — totally hear you on wanting to keep the sidebar focused if Service isn’t something you’re using. Quick couple of clarifiers so we can make sure we’re solving the right problem: are you looking to hide the Service icon for everyone at the dealership, or only for specific roles/teams? And what’s the main pain it’s causing today (clutter, misclicks, confusion during training, etc.)? Lastly, would you still want Service available occasionally (just not pinned in the sidebar), or should it be fully inaccessible once it’s removed?
