We use Autominer for marketing and when a customer responds to their email blasts/SMS Blasts it forwards an untracked email to the CRM. The customers phone number comes through so we're able to link it up to the appropriate customer, but the system insists on retaining Autominer's Admin email and adding it to the customer. I can of course delete this, but when we get 4+ emails in one night, the system wants to link every message to the same customer...
