Ability to redistribute active leads with no contact in a certain allotted time frame

There should be ability to have a deal rotated to another person if no contact or appointment set in a certain amount of days. Currently, can only notify a user and then have to manually reassign. There should be a way for the system to redistribute or put a lead back up for grabs if the current users have not made contact.

- Are there any specific criteria or conditions under which a lead should not be redistributed, even if no contact has been made?
- How would you like to prioritize the redistribution of leads among available team members?

Shelby Parker 1). We are looking at any time 3 days with no communication from the client. 2). GM Pay-off leads or any lead with prior sale from that Salesperson. 3. Clocked in and included in lead availability.
