Ability to re-order the documents menu to default with our deal packets and have the list of uncategorized forms last.

We have packets for both new and used car deals. When you open the documents tab the salespeople see the uncategorized forms and need to click to the right on New or Used to see the pre made packets. It would be nice to be able to default to New then have the used tab next to it and the uncategorized documents at the end.

- How frequently do salespeople need to switch between the New and Used tabs during their workflow?
- Are there any specific reasons why the uncategorized forms should be listed last?
- Would having the ability to customize the order of tabs for different users or roles be beneficial?

Shelby Parker - Thanks for the reply. Sales people sell probably 75% new cars and 25% used cars. I made the packets so that they could choose their transaction type (not sure if you are able to see my packets). I did this so that we the managers get all of the forms for the transaction type at once. What happens is that when they choose the forms individually from the uncharacterized menu, they miss forms that are needed and we have to go back and forth getting the missing forms. Now that the packets are built there is not really any reason for them to select forms individually other than a lost form perhaps. I have a couple less computer literate folks here and they don't click the new and used tabs no matter how many times I remind them. So if it defaulted to the new tab they'd remenber the packets and it would prompt them to switch to used when necessary.
For your 3rd question, no I do not see any benefit to making this feature a role or for another user. I see this as a global setting and a one time change.
Additionally I do not see the need for the select all box in the new or used section. They would only need to choose 1 box.
