Ability to pull reports based on Customer Tags

I have created various Customer Tags to track who we are loosing business to such as (Bought - XXXX [store name], PC - Can not agree on numbers, NIM - Decided to wait, etc... but unable to create or pull reports (aside from Mining tool). I am unable to create a report (count of how many we loose to each tag for the month). I am using Customer Tag as I am unable to change the deactivation reasons.
