Ability to Minimize Customer Cards to Keep Multiple Open

The biggest problem I run into is not being able to get back immediately to another customer profile/card but rather figuring out where it was. It would be great if that could pop open into another window instead of having it disappear once I open up another person or portion of the website.

If you have multiple screens, the minimized customer cards DO NOT show on all screens unless they are refreshed.

Seperate Customer Window

When you are looking at a customers info and you get a lead or have another customer you need to search it would be great to have a separate window for each one. This allows us to navigate back and forth easier, especially the Internet Teams.

Shelby Parker Able to access multiple tasks like email and text while on a call. You can also catch an internet lead before the system transfers it out of your name. You can navigate inventory and also respond to other customers simultaneously.

CLIENT CARDS NEED TO BE A SEPERATE WINDOW THAT CAN MOVED AROUND ON THE SCREEN AND NOT BLOCK ALL OTHER OPTIONS OUT. VERY FRUSTRATING. CANT GRAB LEADS BECAUSE IM TRYING TO SHUT DOWN CLIENT WINDOW AND BY THE TIME I DO THAT, THE LEAD IS ALREADY GRABBED BY SOMEONE ELSE. SO I LOSE THE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE A SALE BECUASE IM TRYING TO CLOSE A WINDOW THAT IS BLOCKING THE REST OF SCREEN OUT. ALSO YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO PUT THE ARROWS TO MOVE FORWARD TO THE NEXT CLIENT IN BLUE INSIDE THE CLIENT BOX SO YOU DONT HAVE TO HAVE THESE MASSIVE ARROWS ON THE SCREEN JUST MAKE A LITTLE GRAY BOX ON EACH INSDE OF CLIENT CARD THAT WILL ALLOW THE SALES PERSON TO MOVE TO THE NEXT CARD. SAVES SPACE AND DONT NEED TO BLOCK THE REST OF SCREEN

Profile Multitasking

I am confident the clever team at DC can think of a more attractive title, but the idea is to allow multiple customer/client profile to be open at one time. For example, if I am working on the profile for John Doe but need to make a quick note about Jane Doe on Jane's profile, it would be awesome if I could just leave John's page open and return to it when ready (similar to how most browsers allow users to keep multiple tabs open on the toolbar). Hope I articulated this okay.
