Ability to log incoming calls

It would be nice to be able to log an incoming call which would delete the outgoing call task.

Having it logged as a "point of contact" w/ the option (or requirement) to make a note regarding the convo.
I imagine it to be rare when an incoming call wouldn't correspond to an outgoing call task. The vast majority of our outgoing call tasks are to get in contact and create an appointment. If a conversation is had via incoming call, that should almost always clear the outgoing task, but you could give the option to create another outgoing call task at time of log if necessary.
Perhaps the managers are alerted when an incoming call comes in?
