There should be an option to edit a log once it's made. I'll accidentally log a call as LVM when i meant to log it as did not leave vm or will log a call when I meant to log a vm. I feel like you should be able to edit the log after the fact

I accidently marked a call log as if the customer and I had a conversation, when I meant to select 'left voicemail' as the outcome. It automatically moved the client over to the 'engaged' category. It would be nice to be able to edit the call log

Can you please create a way for us to reselect a result if we choose the wrong call result by accident. A rep selected phone conversation by accident on a customer that picked up and hung up and it put a day 50 lead follow up into engaged day one and now the clock started all over for a hang up call. There has to be a way to edit this on our end or yours if we message you in a timely manner about it. Almost like how you can rescue a dead deal in a certain amount of time , we need a similar rule for call logs.

- Can you provide more details on the scenarios where you might need to change the call outcome?
- What is the frequency of such incidents where you accidentally select the wrong call outcome?
- Would you find it helpful if there was a confirmation step before finalizing the call outcome to prevent accidental selections?

Shelby Parker for instance if I select did not leave voicemail but I did. There no way in going back to change it. It happens fairly often at least a handful of times a day. A confirmation might be helpful but I think it would be easier to just go back and click edit and change the outcome.

Please no more clicking to confirm, there is a lot of clicking we have to do already, I think it would be helpful if managers had a permission if a staff member hits wrong call result for us to be able to go in and edit the call result and the correct follow up to re engage

I think it would be a great addition to be able to edit the call outcome so that if someone accidentally puts that a customer answered and they did not, the lead can go back to lead stage if needed instead of showing as engaged.
