Ability to Delete Inactive Users from User Management

Maybe it's just my OCD and need to be "out with the old and in with the new" but we just migrated our data to Drive Centric and I have over 500 inactive users listed in our user management.
Here's the thing, this hurts me deep in my soul lol Also, there is no need for anyone who was with us previously to be in our new CRM in anyway. And to be honest. if we are removing their access, they should not even be a blip on the radar. Maybe I am wrong... But I would love the option to say BYE BYE to these inactive ex employees..

I agree. No need to keep inactive users in the system for years after they have left. If they happen to be rehired then they can always be added back into the system.

Hiya Katharine Bethel, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you clarify if you would like the ability to delete inactive users yourself, or if you would prefer that they are automatically removed after a certain period of inactivity?
- Are there any specific data privacy concerns related to keeping inactive users in the system that we should be aware of?
- Would you find it useful to have a feature that archives the data of inactive users before deletion, in case it needs to be accessed in the future?

Shelby Parker - I think having the ability to delete ourselves would probably be the best since that would put any errors on the responsibility of the store.
However an option to click on the back end a 90 day automatic deletion. Since the information privacy wise is just their name and cell phone I would assume we should not have any issues.
And in our experience I would have no need for an archive.
Option for permanent deletion on our end immediately and incase we think an employee may come back we can keep them inactive for 90 days until auto delete. Auto delete would have to be turned on by an Admin, so that if people want to keep their inactive forever they still can.

Katharine Bethel This would be great. The user management tab is incredibly confusing because there is too many people on there that are no longer with the company and should be permanently removed. There is no need to have them as "inactive", making the user management tab overcrowded and difficult to navigate. It would be significantly easier if we could permanently delete employees and have a "inactive for 90 days then auto delete" feature. An archive is not necessary. I really hope this feature gets implemented asap.
